As part of its ongoing programs aimed at promoting mental well-being and quality of life, Lotus Association organized the first session of a specialized workshop dedicated to exploring the deeper concepts of happiness, with the participation of a group of individuals interested in personal development and achieving life balance.
The session was led by Dr. Iman Salama, a certified trainer in self-development, who addressed a range of key topics on how to attain genuine happiness and integrate its tools into our daily lives.
